What this covers
This notice covers the Q-Forge website, authenticated DeviceLab workspace, inquiries, subscriptions, support, and separately agreed expert services. An order form or data-processing agreement may add service-specific terms.
Website and inquiry data
The site may record limited first-party interaction events without cookies or user identity. If you use the inquiry form or email us, we receive the details you submit and normal delivery metadata so we can assess fit, reply, protect the service, and maintain a business record.
Identity and workspace data
The hosted service receives the verified email address and, when available, name supplied by the platform identity provider. It stores organization, product, assessment, evidence, approval, support, billing-selection, and activity data submitted by authorized users. Workspaces are organization-isolated and removable through the documented deletion flow.
Data boundaries
Do not submit private or signing keys, production credentials, exploitable firmware, classified or export-controlled information, or regulated personal data unless Synthworx has expressly approved the required controls in writing. Use the included synthetic case or approved non-sensitive data while evaluating the service.
Exports and deletion
Authorized workspace users can export organization settings, subscription state, assessment records, approvals, and supporting-file metadata. Organization deletion removes workspace records and associated supporting files according to the documented deletion flow, subject to legal retention requirements.
Providers and payments
Website hosting, identity, operational email, approved infrastructure, invoicing, and payment providers may process limited information to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information. Paid subscription terms and payment processing will be presented when paid activation becomes available. Do not submit card or bank credentials through the inquiry form.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and commercial records only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, tax, dispute, and relationship purposes. No system is absolutely secure. Use only data that your organization has authorized for the workspace.
Your choices and contact
You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request a reasonable correction or deletion, subject to legal and security duties. Email hello@synthworx.com or use the contact form and identify the request as a Q-Forge privacy matter. Do not include restricted product data.
